– Keep a calendar of important dates and deadlines, so that you don’t forget when they are.

For example, I’m trying to stop checking my email outside of normal working hours (such as in the evenings or on weekends). And I’m going to set specific times during the day where I switch off from work completely (so that means no checking emails etc.).
I also try to only answer emails three times a day, which helps me stay focused. Having boundaries is definitely for me right now because I feel it’s important to be present with my family and friends, instead of being constantly distracted by work.
